Rose + Swan Co. Started in an unconventional fashion! with a background In kitchen + Bath design and RESIDENTIAL renovations in portland, Oregon. It seemed like a “good call” to pack everything, move across the country, leaving everything we knew behind. landing in lakeland, florida with no community, “home” was the last word we’d use to describe our new surroundings FOR OUR GROWING FAMILY. settling into a new place is challenging, BUT we quickly found lakeland to be a place of SOME OF the most welcoming people, even for “transplants” like us! 

Working for the family business in Oregon, Helping other families design + renovate their homes to function and feel better, We took each project we worked on, personal. We collaborated directly with homeowners to design the space that performed best for them, their family and budget. Working together so their personal touch was in each detail of the design.
